Senior Contract Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Contract Recruiter based in Brazil. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on managing a high-volume candidate pipeline in a fast-paced technology environment. You’ll take ownership of candidates from initial conversations through later interview stages, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout. The role combines candidate assessment, pipeline management, hiring-manager partnership, and proactive recruiting problem-solving. You’ll conduct a significant volume of candidate conversations while maintaining strong organization, communication, and follow-through. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, calibrate expectations, and keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.
