Scheduler | Diagnostic Imaging | Part Time

This position performs scheduling services and administrative support to enhance the function of the assigned area(s) in an effort to provide optimal patient care and ensure a seamless patient experience.

What You’ll Do As an Imaging Scheduler, you’ll be an important connection between our patients, providers, and Radiology team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating imaging appointments and procedures
• Helping patients understand appointment details and preparation instructions
• Answering questions and providing friendly, helpful service by phone
• Communicating with providers and clinical teams to coordinate scheduling needs
• Maintaining accurate patient and scheduling information
• Managing multiple appointments, requests, and priorities throughout the day
• Helping resolve scheduling concerns and keeping patients informed when plans change
• Supporting the Radiology team with day-to-day scheduling and administrative needs What We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you:
