Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Shipping Coordinator to help us manage our shipping schedule and ensure we are meeting customer delivery deadlines. A Day in the Life of the Shipping Coordinator You will spend your day completing a variety of tasks including scheduling shipments and managing the outbound shipping schedule; working with carriers and internal team members to understand the urgency of freight, resolving issues, and ensuring top tier service; seeking out rate quotes with shipping vendors and logistics companies; maintaining and updating shipping records and paperwork; collaborating with the customer service team to ensure coordination of special shipments and rush orders; contacting common carriers and scheduling return freight, ensuring it meets customer requirements; documenting and handling the claims process for product damaged during shipping; and notifying customers when will call orders are ready to be picked up. What You’ll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC At a minimum, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• To be at least 18 years of age
• Experience working in a logistics and/or shipping environment
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work with vendors online including using their custom shipping software What also catches our attention:

• An ability to work within a team environment and help the team become better Work Schedule This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a half hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.
