Position: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance users.
- Configure and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules.
- Work on Finance modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- iExpense
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scripts.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and user training sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
- Work with business users to improve finance processes and system efficiency. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes.
- Experience in implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or support projects.
- Ability to create functional specifications and perform testing.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, MBA Finance, CA, ICWA, or related field.
- Oracle EBS Finance certification is an added advantage. Key Requirements
- 3+ years of Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash
