The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026 . Locations: Northern California, Arizona, and Nevada! For our upcoming Spring 2026 season, we have work available: Months of May & June Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).   • Open availability during our busiest times (mandatory weekend: May 15-17)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Freshman, sophomore or junior in college (preferred)
  • Open to working/traveling for extended periods of time
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Discipline to wake up early
  • Stamina to work consecutively long days
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Effective member of a team
  • Contribute towards sales goals
  • Positive attitude throughout the day; outgoing and personable
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable interacting and communicating with high volumes of people throughout the days
  • Articulate and persuasive

  • Driven and motivated Responsibilities:
  • Traveling throughout our regions to sell various commemorative items at commencements
  • Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
  • Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
  • Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
  • Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
  • Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site Financial:
  • Hourly pay of $18/hour
