• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting seamless day-to-day cafe operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and food safety compliance.
• Assist with daily preparation, service delivery, and operational activities to ensure efficient customer experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage participation in loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
• Demonstrate a collaborative, customer-focused approach by supporting team members across all areas of the store.
• Help maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• This is a seasonal position expected to run from October 2026 to January 2027. About You
• Passionate about fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Experience in the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality industry
• Valid and current NYC Food Protection Certificate from the New York City Department of Health
• Excellent and proven customer service skills and a winning personality that builds trust
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
