Snow Removal: Plow Truck Driver (Seasonal)

• Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties, including but not limited to multi-family locations, parking lots, and the exteriors of high-traffic facilities using a Snow Plow Truck.
• Operate a snow plow truck to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others, in winter conditions, including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather, and temperatures
• Removes snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic
• Reports to the assigned branch or location within the time frame given
• Be on call during the winter months for all snow and ice events
• Ensure work is being conducted in a safe manner and maintain work areas safe for the employee, the customer, the public, and the environment.
• Performs at a high and safe level of productivity Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass pre-employment drug screen / DOT Physical
• Pass a driver's background check
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to be on call 24/7 during winter months
• Able to handle the physical demands of the position
• Be punctual and reliable
• Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Accountable to themselves and to their team
