We are looking for experienced Lead/Senior Lead Java Developers with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications while driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality cloud-native solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud services. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery. Develop RESTful APIs, design scalable microservices architectures, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and drive application performance improvements. Participate in solution architecture discussions, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices. Support CI/CD implementation, deployment activities, and production support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in designing secure, scalable, and highly available applications. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and drive end-to-end project delivery. Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
