- Provide compassionate care and support to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and community policies
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote well-being, comfort, and social connection
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Follow all safety, security, and infection prevention protocols
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Support the mission and values of Trinity Health through exceptional care and service Qualifications
- Current Nurse Assistant and/or Medication Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Compassion, patience, and respect for resident dignity and privacy
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
