Job Description We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Manager to join our team. This varied role includes the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate management meetings, workshops, offsites and leadership events, including the development of decision papers, presentations, reports and key messages for executive management.
- Analyse complex business information and data, translating findings into clear, concise and actionable insights.
- Monitor key business developments, identify relevant trends and assess their potential implications for the Bank.
- Support the planning, tracking and implementation of cross-functional strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Facilitate effective coordination and alignment across relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and consistency in communication and execution. Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in banking, business management, consulting or a comparable environment.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and reliability, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high degree of ownership and accountability.
