• Belgrade One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at our Belgrade clinic. Location: Belgrade Schedule: Full-time | 4 days per week Salary: $105,083.00 (New Graduates)/$119,204.80 - $123,905.60/year (DOE) About the Role As a PA or FNP at One Health, you will:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services
• Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs

• Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
• Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain) Why One Health?
