As an Operations Product Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the functional operation of electronics manufacturing facilities and driving the creation of electronics products. You will focus on mitigating overdue risks, recovering to Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and ensuring on-time delivery. In this role, you will work autonomously with limited oversight, coach and review the work of other professionals, and influence policies, practices, and procedures. What You Will Do

• Plan, design, and execute activities related to electronics product creation and manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production process challenges to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Develop strategies for overdue risk mitigation and recovery to MRP schedules.
• Monitor and drive on-time delivery of manufacturing outputs.
• Manage projects or processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to lower-level professionals within the team.
• Collaborate across teams to influence policies, practices, and procedures that impact manufacturing operations. Qualifications You Must Have
• Typically requires a University degree and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in production, operations, manufacturing, repair, or a related environment. Qualifications We Prefer
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and operations.
• Familiarity with advanced electronics manufacturing practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD
• 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
