- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the HR Data Quality operating framework, including governance processes, monitoring capabilities, controls, and issue management practices.
- Define, monitor, and report on data quality service level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring risks, exceptions, and trends are escalated and addressed in a timely and transparent manner.
- Develop and maintain data intelligence reporting and governance scorecards that provide actionable visibility into data quality performance, metadata coverage, control effectiveness, remediation progress, and overall domain health.
- Partner with HR product, analytics, engineering, reporting, and control functions to embed governance requirements, metadata standards, and quality controls into system design, data pipelines, reporting solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Promote continuous improvement across HR data management practices through the adoption of scalable governance processes, standardized controls, and transparent performance measurement. What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality management, metadata management, master data management, or related data disciplines within a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience leading teams and delivering outcomes through effective prioritization, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional partnership.
- Experience implementing and operating data governance frameworks, metadata standards, business glossaries, enterprise data catalogs, and data lineage management practices.
- Knowledge of data quality management concepts, including controls, monitoring, issue management, root cause analysis, service level agreements, and remediation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to establish transparency around complex data processes and controls through effective reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to translate technical data management concepts into practical guidance and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of HR data structures, workforce processes, and the controls required to support reliable reporting, analytics, operational processes, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience partnering across business, technology, risk, and control functions to drive alignment on standards, ownership, controls, and governance practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging reporting and performance measures to assess data health, communicate risk, and drive continuous improvement.
