Academic Monitoring Services Officer (Academic Counselor)

Develop and coordinate services and programs to overcome underachiever 2. Conduct and supervised counseling programs related to academic achievements 3. Maintain documentation and make a monthly report for every academic counseling activity 4. Establish consultation program and support to overcome underachiever 5. Establish and coordinate planned events along with other programs for student/parents/study programs/other units to help students achieved their academic achievements 6. Ensure all program policies comply with valid regulations for students i.e., students’ handbook 7. Plan program and method to overcome students experiencing difficulty academically 8. Develop method to identify students at risk for academic failure, develop, and implement strategies to drive student success 9. Ensure academic monitoring including counseling programs comply with the ethical standard and government policies 10. Evaluate data results to construct strategies and interventions to overcome underachiever 11. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of academic monitoring programs and modify them accordingly Management Support Activities : o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor. Education Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Work Experience :
