Our Opportunity The Marketing Analytics team evaluates business performance, marketing programs, product promotions and pricing strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. The team works with regional leaders and franchisees to develop marketing calendars and sales plans that support same-store sales growth. As a six-month intern, you will work alongside the team on market analysis, reporting and planning projects. follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Your Roles & Responsibilities Performance Analytics

  • Analyze sales, traffic, product mix and pricing data to help the team understand market and campaign performance.
  • Support recurring weekly and monthly reporting, including data checks, trend summaries and clear presentation of findings.
  • Help prepare analyses of promotions, product launches and market tests, and summarize key results and follow-up questions. Market & Consumer Insights
  • Gather and organize consumer, category and competitor information for market reviews and brand planning.
  • Research market trends and translate findings into concise observations for the team. Digital & Campaign Effectiveness
  • Help track promotions and campaigns across digital channels such as delivery platforms, mobile apps and kiosks.
  • Compile channel metrics, including order volume and conversion measures, using available reporting templates and tools. Planning & Team Support
  • Support sales forecast and marketing calendar preparation by organizing historical trends, seasonality and planned activity.
  • Prepare charts, slides and data packs for team discussions and franchisee business reviews.
  • Work with colleagues across the team to maintain accurate, timely analysis and support other projects as needed. Who we’re looking for
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and in the penultimate year of study in Business Analytics or Business; expected to graduate by Dec 2027 to Jun 2028
  • Available for a full-time, six-month internship from January to June 2027.
  • An interest in marketing, analytics and consumer businesses such as retail, quick-service restaurants, franchising or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and willingness to learn how to structure business questions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, LLMs or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain findings in a straightforward way.
