  • Real Estate Advisory (Strategic Advisory) Job Description Summary As an Intern within the Strategic Advisory team, you will support the execution of complex real estate advisory mandates across asset classes. The role offers exposure to market assessments, development strategy, financial feasibility, and client-facing deliverables, working alongside experienced consultants. Job Description Job Title: Intern – Real Estate Advisory (Strategic Advisory) Location: [Mumbai / Ahmedabad] Business Line: Strategic Advisory Duration: 3–6 months Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of feasibility studies, highest & best use analysis, and development advisory mandates
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research covering demand-supply, pricing, absorption, and competitive benchmarking
  • Contribute to client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategy notes
  • Undertake location analysis and site assessments across asset classes (residential, office, retail, mixed-use, alternative assets)
  • Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and policy trends impacting real estate markets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (research, transactions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured thinking
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis and valuation techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environment. Qualifications
