Data Migration Analyst (Salesforce, SQL) - Fixed Term Contract

Role overview: We are looking for an experienced contractor to lead the analysis, design and execution of a data migration from one Salesforce instance (source org) to another (target org), using Microsoft SQL Server as the staging and transformation layer. You will own the end-to-end migration data workstream: profiling source data, mapping objects and fields, building transformation logic, loading and reconciling data, and supporting cutover. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. The right person will combine strong Salesforce data model knowledge with proven, real-world experience of moving data between orgs safely and accurately. The role can be filled at Data Analyst or Data Architect level depending on the candidate’s experience; architect-level candidates will additionally be expected to shape the overall migration approach and standards.
