Senior Software Engineer - IAM

• IAM based in Brazil. This role sits at the heart of a critical Identity and Access Management engineering function, protecting access across a large-scale technology ecosystem. You’ll design, build, and evolve centralized authentication and authorization platforms that handle millions of requests every day. The position combines distributed systems, security engineering, API design, scalability, and high-performance software development. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to create secure and reliable paths for user-to-service and service-to-service communication. As a senior engineer, you’ll have ownership across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment, operations, and continuous improvement. You’ll also contribute to engineering quality through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, incident response, and operational best practices. The team operates in a remote-first environment across Brazil, with opportunities to work from home, offices, or partner coworking spaces.
