AIML Engineer Digital & AI

Job Description Introduction Join our Digital & AI team as an Engineer, Digital & AI Solutions, where you will design, develop, and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that create business value. You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products, leverage emerging technologies, and drive continuous innovation across the organization. What you'll do

• You'll design, develop, and deploy digital and AI solutions, including AI/ML systems, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP applications, computer vision systems, predictive analytics, and advanced machine learning models.
• You'll provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and engineers, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
• You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify innovation opportunities, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• You'll establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, security, scalability, and reliability, utilizing technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, transfer learning, LLMs, and AWS Bedrock.
• You'll drive continuous improvement by monitoring solution performance, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing technical guidance and thought leadership across the organization. What we offer
