Hiring – Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive We are hiring for a Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide technical assistance, and identify relevant sales and upselling opportunities. Position Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive Experience : 6 Months – 3 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai Rotational Shifts ( Cab facility available in limited areas) Job Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional customer support. Understand customer requirements and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Assist customers with internet, connectivity, website, account, or technology-related queries. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements. Recommend suitable products, upgrades, and additional services. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage clearly. Handle customer objections and convert suitable opportunities into sales. Maintain strong customer satisfaction while achieving sales and productivity targets. Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the system. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in: Technical Support Customer Support Technical Sales Inside Sales Telecom / ISP / Broadband Wi-Fi / Router Sales International BPO Customer service with upselling/cross-selling Key Skills Excellent English communication skills Strong customer-handling skills Basic technical troubleshooting ability Sales and upselling skills Objection handling Problem-solving ability Good listening and probing skills Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs Ability to explain technical products in simple language Products/Areas Candidates Should Be Comfortable With Candidates with knowledge of Wi-Fi routers, broadband/internet connectivity, domains, hosting, websites, email, SSL, or other technology products will be relevant. Ideal Candidate A candidate who can understand a customer's problem, troubleshoot it, recommend the right technical solution, and identify a genuine sales opportunity while maintaining a positive customer experience.
