Responsibilities:
- Continuous optimization of production processes
- Implementation of new and advanced production technologies
- Preparation of documentation in accordance with APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 standards
- Procurement of new production equipment
- Increasing productivity and analyzing production performance
- Continuous implementation of improvement initiatives
- Conducting benchmarking analyses with other BorgWarner facilities Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of mass production processes
- Solid knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Technical knowledge of the relevant product and manufacturing process
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering is an asset
- English proficiency enabling effective business communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
