The Upper St. Clair Police Department is currently seeking applicants for the position of full-time Probationary Police Officer. The Township of Upper St. Clair is a 10.5 sq. mile community located 10 miles southwest of the City of Pittsburgh. The Township has received national recognition as one of the top ten safest communities compared with others of similar populations in the United States. Our Department serves a residential population of 21,100 and covers numerous businesses, including a regional mall. Benefits include:

- A United States Citizen
- Physically fit for police duty
- Act 120 Certification or enrolled in an Act 120 academy at time of submission of application
- A minimum of 22 years old
- A valid driver’s license
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Applicant Must:
- Pass a comprehensive background check, including a polygraph or CVSA examination
- Pass a psychological and medical exam, including drug screening
