You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes, contribute to a future-ready workforce, and support the adoption of AI-driven approaches that enhance productivity, innovation, and business value. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver scalable, high-quality application solutions that address business and customer needs.
• Design and develop intuitive digital experiences that improve usability, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
• Build and integrate services that enable seamless data flow and business process automation.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that drive innovation and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring long-term scalability, maintainability, and resilience.
• Maintain high engineering standards through testing, peer reviews, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges while promoting best practices and quality outcomes.
• Optimise application performance, reliability, and user experience across the solution lifecycle.
• Support a culture of continuous learning, AI fluency, and future-ready capability development. Required Skill:
• Strong experience in full-stack application development within enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and modern front-end development.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable web applications.
• Strong understanding of API design, systems integration, and distributed application architectures.
• Expertise in relational database design, data modelling, performance optimisation, and data management.
• Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle within Agile delivery teams.
• Practical experience applying AI-assisted development approaches to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Knowledge of intelligent automation, agent-based workflows, and AI-enabled application solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
