Warehouse Executive- Inventory

Job Title: Warehouse Executive Department: Warehouse / Inventory Management Location: Delhi Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage key warehouse processes, including handling fresh inwards, system-based putaway, inventory audits, and consolidations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with warehouse systems and ensure high levels of accuracy, speed, and compliance with SOPs. Key Responsibilities: Fresh Inwards:

• Receive incoming stock from vendors/brands as per PO or GRN.
• Conduct physical verification against system entries.
• Check for damages, mismatches, or short supplies and report discrepancies.
• Create GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) in WMS/ERP system.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection (if applicable). Putaway:
• Ensure timely and accurate putaway of stock to designated bins/racks.
• Update system locations post putaway.
• Follow FIFO or FEFO method where required.
• Identify and resolve bin mismatches or location errors. Audits:
• Conduct cycle counts and physical audits as per schedule.
• Reconcile physical stock vs system stock and highlight variances.
• Assist in root cause analysis and correction of discrepancies.
• Maintain audit reports and support inventory accuracy KPIs. Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory flow
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP platforms
• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
• Coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain)
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations (inwards, inventory, or audits)
• Knowledge of barcode scanning, handheld terminals (HHT), and putaway processes isa plus
