  • Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, company standards, and manufacturing best practices.
  • Partner directly with plant leadership to influence site quality strategy, support business objectives, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives that improve operational performance, strengthen customer satisfaction, reduce risk, and support long-term business growth.
  • Own site quality performance by establishing key metrics, analyzing trends, and implementing data-driven actions that improve quality results and manufacturing effectiveness.
  • Coach and influence employees across all functions to strengthen quality awareness, problem-solving capabilities, and operational discipline.
  • Serve as the site quality leader for internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring ongoing compliance while driving sustainable process improvements.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to customer, process, and operational quality issues while partnering with Engineering and Operations to prevent recurrence. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • Five or more years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading projects, teams, quality initiatives, or continuous improvement efforts. Direct management experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Quality Engineers, Senior Quality Engineers, and Quality Supervisors seeking to advance into a broader site leadership role are encouraged to apply.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and tools such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, root cause analysis, or similar methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across operations, engineering, leadership teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
