Technical Analyst

Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior technical authority specializing in the design and development of robust, secure C# .NET Core applications.
• Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high code quality standards through thorough reviews and advocacy for best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members in C# and related technologies to foster professional growth and elevate technical capabilities.
• Proactively identify technical debt and formulate remediation strategies to improve system health and maintainability.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for smooth collaboration and effective presentations.
• Lead release planning and execution to ensure coordinated, high-quality product deliveries. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing web applications using C# .NET within Kubernetes or containerized environments.
• Proven expertise in application architecture and designing complex systems leveraging design patterns and industry best practices.
• Strong proficiency with .NET technologies including ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web APIs.
• Solid experience with relational databases (SQL) and document-oriented databases (MongoDB), comfortable with writing and debugging complex queries.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as React,TypeScript, and Angular.
• Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in at least one project integrating AI capabilities, demonstrating adaptability to emerging technology trends.
