This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist based in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across leading digital advertising platforms. You will take ownership of campaign execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple client accounts. Working primarily across Meta, TikTok, and Google, you will use data and creative insights to improve acquisition efficiency and scale media investment. You will collaborate closely with creative strategists and growth marketing managers to translate performance signals into actionable growth strategies. The role combines hands-on media buying with analytical problem-solving and direct client communication. You will also leverage proprietary technology and modern performance marketing practices to identify opportunities and drive measurable client outcomes.
