We are looking for a professionally accredited person with a dedicated focus on the IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment field, specializing in identifying and securing highly specialized global talent within LATAM. Shall be working alongside a team of Talent Acquisition Executives combining her hands-on technical background with a keen business acumen. Requirements:
- Experience working for Nearshoring firms in
Lata M
(3+ years) as a Tech Recruiter.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Profiling/Resume writing.
- Experience with sourcing and screening for IT profiles.
- Advanced English skills (C1). Nice to have:
- Account Management/ Social Media Management / Client relationship. Our Offer:
