Our partner is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst (System Application Analyst, Sr) based in the United States. This senior-level role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle systems and strengthening compliant charge capture across complex healthcare environments. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Revenue Guardian and related hospital billing functionality. The position combines systems analysis, application configuration, data analytics, troubleshooting, and revenue integrity. You will identify missed or incorrect charges, investigate root causes, and implement controls that reduce revenue leakage and billing risk. The role involves close collaboration with clinical, financial, coding, compliance, informatics, and technology teams. You will also mentor analysts, support system enhancements, and contribute to projects that improve revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency. This is a remote, Monday-to-Friday opportunity requiring strong technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and independent problem-solving skills.
