The opportunity at Beam We’re looking for hands-on Lead Product Engineers to drive forward our engineering department. As a Lead Engineer you will be coding. driving technical direction and a people manager of a small product team. What you’ll be doing

• Building a high performing team

• Breadth of fullstack experience
• 1+ years of experience running a team
• 1+ years of experience managing individuals as a line manager
• Proven experience building high performing teams
• Product mindset, passionate about building the right thing
