Discover more about our mission and culture at Fidamy Jobs . About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Growth & Marketing Automation Intern to join our Commercial team. Working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, you'll play a hands-on role in scaling the commercial operations of a fast-growing tech company, gaining exposure to B2B sales, growth, AI, and automation. What You’ll Learn
- How modern sales, CRM, AI, and automation tools operate
- The B2B tech sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- How to build scalable outbound growth processes
- How to craft LinkedIn content that drives engagement and generates leads What You’ll Do
- Build target account and prospect lists for the sales team
- Research companies and key decision-makers in our target markets
- Support CRM management and sales operations
- Create and schedule LinkedIn and social content for campaigns
- Use AI and no-code tools to automate revenue-driving processes (such as CRM-to-Slack workflows, meeting notes, lead enrichment, sales reporting, and marketing) Who You Are
- Pursuing or holding a Master's in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field
- Curious about startups, technology, sales, AI, and growth
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn
- Based in Amsterdam and available to work from our office regularly
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn, marketing, content creation, CRM, or automation tools What We Offer

- Location: Amsterdam (office attendance required)
- Duration: 5–6+ months
