Key Requirements: 3 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within the hospitality/hotel industry. Strong understanding of hotel IT infrastructure and day-to-day technology support. Hands-on experience with hotel software applications and IDS systems. Exposure to Hotelogix PMS will be an added advantage. Ability to manage and support multiple hotel locations.
