As a Promo Team Lead, you will manage a team of promo writers, sound engineers, video editors, and dubbing partners to create high-quality promotional ads for Pocket FM audio series. The role requires strong understanding of promo creation, ad storytelling, localization, dubbing workflows, quality control, team management, and creative optimization. You will oversee fresh promo creation, adaptation of ads from other geographies into Spanish, production quality, timely delivery, and reworks for ads that are not meeting performance benchmarks.
