As a trusted provider of aviation component services, STRADE leads the way in ensuring fast, innovative and high-quality service delivery to customers worldwide through a digitalized operating model. Established in 2021, we became a subsidiary of SR Technics in 2022 and now operate as an independent unit and intrapreneurship venture. Our focus revolves around managing a vast asset base of aircraft components and providing round-the-clock support to airlines, MROs, and trade partners. The international team of 70 professionals is strategically located across the globe with key hubs in Zurich, Miami, Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam, and Belgrade. Position Description As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR processes and activities across STRADE’s international operations. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on putting STRADE’s HR approach into practice and ensuring effective HR processes across different locations. You will work closely with management and team leaders, while coordinating with local partners, particularly for payroll and legal matters. The role combines the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes with the practical, day-to-day HR work needed to support employees and managers. What You’ll Do HR Strategy Execution & People Development

  • Execute and roll out STRADE’s global HR strategy and priorities as defined together with management team.
  • Apply and continuously improve HR processes, policies and initiatives in line with STRADE’s culture, values and business needs.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance, talent and leadership development, including succession planning, as well as setting up and analyzing engagement surveys and following up on the results.
  • Support change management and other company-wide people initiatives in line with STRADE’s values. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
  • Coordinate and support the overall recruitment process, working closely with team leaders on hiring and promotion and supporting them in taking ownership of people decisions.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle across locations, from onboarding through development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and offboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees, working with local specialists where required.
  • Ensure HR processes are consistently applied while adapting them where needed to local requirements. HR Operations
  • Handle day-to-day HR matters and provide practical support to managers and employees.
  • Manage HR administration, including payroll inputs, employment contracts, employee documentation, HR data and reporting to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Apply STRADE’s compensation and benefits strategy and coordinate its administration with local providers.
  • Coordinate and manage STRADE’s external HR providers, including payroll, legal, benefits and other HR service providers across its locations.
  • Manage the HR administration budget in line with agreed objectives. Compliance & Local HR Support
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable local employment laws, regulations and relevant standards, working with local specialists where required.
  • Apply and maintain STRADE’s HR policies, frameworks and best practices across locations. Who You Are
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling diverse HR functions in an international environment.
  • Your background includes HR operations, hire-to-retire administration and policy application.
  • Throughout your experience, you have been involved in the full hire-to-retire process (labor law, compensation, recruitment, etc.).
  • Working closely with management and team leaders comes naturally to you, while you are equally comfortable executing independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
  • A university degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent complements your professional experience.
  • You have an excellent command of English. And
