Training & Education Manager, China Position Summary The Training & Education Manager, China is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive internal and external education programs supporting AtriCure therapies across China. The role will serve as a key partner to Commercial, Marketing, and Therapy Development teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality education programs that enhance clinical adoption, therapy awareness, and commercial effectiveness. In addition to internal employee development, this position will lead physician education initiatives including workshops, webinars, faculty development programs, center-of-excellence collaborations, and digital learning solutions designed to improve customer competency and therapy adoption. Primary Objective

• Develop and execute annual Training & Education strategies aligned with the China commercial and therapy development objectives.
• Deliver structured onboarding, competency development, and continuous learning programs for internal employees.
• Design, implement, and evaluate physician education initiatives that support adoption of AtriCure therapies.
• Establish scalable digital learning solutions to increase educational reach and learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality educational activities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or professional education functions.
• Experience managing physician education programs and medical training activities.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Experience with digital learning p
