Regulatory Reporting Functional SME

As a Regulatory Reporting Functional SME, you will provide domain expertise for banking regulatory reporting, reporting controls, data quality, reconciliation, report-field mapping and audit evidence workflows. You will work with product, data, engineering, QA and architecture teams to build practical regulatory reporting assurance capabilities. Responsibilities Minimum 8–10 years of experience in banking regulatory reporting, finance/regulatory controls, risk reporting, reporting operations, data quality or regulatory technology programs. Strong understanding of source-to-report processes, report-field mapping, data validation, reconciliation, control execution, exception management and audit evidence. Experience defining functional requirements, test scenarios, data rules, mapping logic and business acceptance criteria for reporting solutions. Familiarity with regulatory reporting platforms, data warehouses, report production tools, controls frameworks or finance/risk reporting operations. Strong ability to review data outputs, control results, reconciliations and AI-generated explanations for business accuracy. Technical requirements Experience with AxiomSL/AxiomCV, regulatory reporting automation, MDRM/report-field mapping, CCAR/FR Y-14, Call Report, liquidity, capital or risk reporting is highly preferred. Exposure to data lineage, BCBS 239, reconciliation platforms, workflow tools, audit packs or regulatory reporting transformation programs. Experience supporting regulatory change impact assessment, reporting controls remediation or audit/regulatory exam responses. Exposure to AI-assisted reporting narratives, control explanations, variance explanations or evidence summarization. Experience with SQL, data analysis, business rules, data-quality profiling or reporting datasets is a plus. Education Master Of Engineering,Bachelor of Engineering
