The Regional Sales Enablement Partner

  • APAC (RSEP) is a sales practitioner and enablement leader responsible for the readiness, coaching, and performance of Genesys' APAC field and partner sales organization. Bringing firsthand sales experience to the role, the RSEP builds trusted relationships with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners to diagnose performance gaps, then designs and facilitates the coaching, training, and readiness programs that close them. The RSEP is as comfortable in a live coaching conversation with a seller or manager as they are advising senior leadership on regional go-to-market priorities. They apply sales methodology expertise, data, and AI-enabled tools to sharpen judgment and scale impact — and they show up in the field, role-playing, shadowing calls, reviewing deals, and reinforcing skills in the flow of work. Ultimately, the RSEP is a trusted advisor and an adjunct member of the regional sales leadership team, measured on tangible improvements in seller performance and pipeline outcomes. The RSEP is part of a global enablement team: some programs are built centrally at the global level, and the RSEP is responsible for tailoring and localizing them for APAC's markets, languages, and selling motions, while also feeding regional field insight back into how those global programs are designed. The RSEP is expected to operate fluently in both directions — shaping what gets built globally and making sure it lands regionally. Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Sales team (technology/SaaS strongly preferred), plus 5+ years in sales enablement, coaching, or sales performance roles, including experience leading enablement for a region or business unit; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record coaching and developing sellers and front-line sales managers — through call/deal reviews, live shadowing, and structured 1:1 coaching — with measurable improvement in skills and results.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with confidence leading in-person and virtual sessions for sellers, managers, and partners across diverse APAC audiences, languages, and time zones.
  • Deep fluency in enterprise sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Value Selling, or similar), with the ability to embed it into everyday selling behavior rather than simply introduce it.
  • Demonstrated credibility as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and cross-functional partners (Marketing, RevOps, Product, Partner/Channel), with the executive presence and influence-without-authority to shape decisions at senior levels.
  • Data-driven approach — comfortable analyzing pipeline, conversion, and performance data (CRM, Clari, conversation-intelligence tools) to diagnose gaps and demonstrate enablement impact.
  • Experience in a cloud/SaaS company, ideally supporting complex, multi-persona sales motions across direct and partner/channel teams.
  • Experience operating as part of a global, matrixed enablement team — tailoring centrally-built global programs for regional nuance while feeding field insight back into global program design.
  • Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools to support coaching preparation, content development, and performance analysis, with a growth mindset toward new AI-supported approaches to enablement.
  • Proficiency with the sales and enablement tech stack (CRM, Seismic, LMS/Lessonly or similar) and standard business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing, matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in languages outside of English a plus, particularly APAC regional languages. Key Responsibilities: The Regional Sales Enablement Partner spends the majority of their time directly engaged with sellers, managers, and leaders in the field — coaching, facilitating, and diagnosing performance gaps — while also shaping the regional enablement strategy that those activities feed into. Success in this role is measured by improvement in seller skill, pipeline quality, and win rate. Sales Coaching & Skill Development
  • Deliver 1:1 and team-level coaching to sellers and front-line sales managers to reinforce methodology and close specific skill gaps.
  • Facilitate engaging, high-impact enablement sessions — in person and virtual — including role-play, negotiation practice, discovery and objection-handling drills, and certification workshops.
  • Support new hire ramp to accelerate time-to-productivity and build early confidence.
  • Design and deliver skills-based training aligned to the moments that matter most in a seller's day-to-day motion. Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC sales leadership and cross-functional partners (Marketing, RevOps, Product, Partner/Channel), proactively surfacing performance gaps and enablement opportunities grounded in data and field insight.
  • Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to pinpoint knowledge and skills gaps, validating findings with data before recommending action.
  • Bring firsthand field credibility into planning conversations, informing GTM and enablement priorities with real signal from coaching conversations, deal reviews, and seller feedback.
  • Represent APAC's needs and constraints to the global enablement team, providing field-tested input that shapes how global programs are designed and where regional tailoring will be needed.
  • Partner with global enablement peers and instructional designers to localize and adapt global programs for APAC's sellers, partners, and languages. Global Program Contribution & Regional Readiness
  • Tailor and localize globally-built enablement programs — content, methodology, and delivery format — for APAC's markets, languages, buyer dynamics, and selling motions, ensuring global programs actually change seller behavior in region.
  • Own the quarterly readiness plan that brings global programs to APAC field and partner sales, translating global priorities and regional performance data into a prioritized, localized coaching and training calendar.
  • Feed regional field insight — from coaching conversations, deal reviews, and seller feedback — back into the global team to inform how future global programs are designed and where global consistency vs. regional flexibility is needed.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate content localization, personalize coaching plans, and synthesize field feedback at scale.
  • Maintain a consistent through-line between global enablement strategy and regional execution — flagging where global programs need adaptation and closing that loop with the global team. Performance Insights & Optimization
  • Partner with Sales Ops/RevOps to track how coaching and enablement activity moves pipeline creation, conversion rates, and seller productivity.
  • Partner with first line managers to identify skill and performance trends, then convert them into targeted coaching interventions.
  • Report enablement and coaching impact to leadership in clear, data-backed, executive-ready terms. Professionalism & Team Contribution
  • Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in relationships with sellers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Contribute to broader Enablement Team initiatives and continuously develop personal coaching and facilitation craft.
  • Travel: ~20%
