Senior Associate - Content Developer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Content design/learning design role
• Expertise in conducting stakeholder conversations for need identification and analysis of the same
• Good to have in learning and development, talent development, instructional design or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management, including senior executives
• Research and learning mindset
• Advanced proficiency and experience in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher), web-based collaborative platform (e.g., SharePoint, Canva), etc
• Be able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Instructional Designers can also apply if they are mandatorily working in the space of Leadership & Behavioural Content and have the ability to create content
• Should be able to develop content free of plagiarism Responsibilities: Stakeholder Analysis:
• Participate in and conduct stakeholder conversations to understand client’s needs, challenges, and requirement.
• Creation of stakeholder analysis reports and getting sign off from the client.
• Need to develop a deep understanding of the assigned areas and customer needs. Design, Development and Maintenance of content:
• Understand the business problem, learner profile & the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution. Apply effective use of adult learning principles.
• Select and use a variety of techniques for developing instructional content.
• Develop engaging course content, including hands-on exercises and use of existing documentation and requirements.
• Deep research to ensure contextualization of content to meet client industry, needs,and challenges
• Develop collaterals for each module such as quizzes, assessments, reading materials, case studies, exercises, and activities.
• Create instructor notes to accompany training material. Optional: Can use authoring tools Internal stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to get buy-in on solutions recommended. Process Improvement:
• Track feedback of all content elements.
• Seek feedback from internal teams, client stakeholders and facilitators.
• Analyze and take corrective measures to improve content based on feedback and metrics.
• Build and maintain the content repository. Qualifications:
• Graduate: Psychology or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in basics of instructional design/storyboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for leadership and behavioral development, and a commitment to staying up to date in the field. Job Location: Halasuru, Bangalore
