Workday Functional Analyst I

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to build practical expertise in Workday within a large healthcare environment. You’ll support core business processes, reporting, configuration, testing, and issue resolution across assigned Workday modules. Working alongside experienced analysts, you’ll translate functional requirements into reliable system solutions while developing your technical and functional knowledge. Your work will contribute to accurate HR and workforce processes and help maintain dependable enterprise systems. The role provides structured guidance, hands-on learning, and exposure to areas such as HCM, Compensation, and Benefits. Attention to detail, documentation, and collaboration are central to the position.
