This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager II, SDET based in India. This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on scaling software quality, test automation, and engineering excellence. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing SDET organization responsible for automation, performance, and reliability. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical leadership across web, mobile, API, and cloud-native environments. You’ll shape automation frameworks, strengthen CI/CD quality practices, and champion shift-left testing across the software development lifecycle. You’ll also explore GenAI and AI-agent capabilities to improve testing productivity, coverage, and intelligent analysis. Working closely with engineering and release teams, you’ll help deliver reliable software at significant scale and speed.
