We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in and supporting both internal and external customers. Process daily invoicing requests on behalf of the business, including purchase orders, invoicing, and customer support. Retrieve and analyze data using dashboards, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems. Review data entry performed by other analysts, provide data management, and perform funding validations. Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to meet business requirements. Represent team in cross-team initiatives which involves supporting requirements gathering phase through project launch. Interpret and uphold funding program policies, terms, and conditions in daily operations. Perform as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring guidance. Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) Preferred qualifications

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
