Global Entity Operations Associate

This role sits at the heart of global entity operations, helping ensure international business infrastructure remains compliant, accurate, and ready to scale. You will manage day-to-day corporate maintenance, compliance obligations, entity documentation, and operational activities across multiple jurisdictions. The position combines cross-border coordination, project management, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-moving global environment. You will contribute to international expansion initiatives, including entity setup and the development of local operating infrastructure. Working closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and external partners, you will connect stakeholders, information, and deadlines.
