Job Description

– PRODUCTION Department: Production Position: Production Engineer / Production Supervisor Reporting To: Production Manager Job Purpose To manage daily production activities and ensure products are manufactured on time, as per drawings, quality standards, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time.
• Read and understand electrical drawings and production specifications.
• Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, Testing, and Design teams.
• Ensure proper availability and use of materials and components.
• Monitor assembly, wiring, fabrication, testing, and finishing activities.
• Check production work as per drawings and quality requirements.
• Minimize material wastage, rejection, and rework.
• Maintain daily production records and reports.
• Handle and guide production workers and technicians.
• Identify production problems and coordinate for quick solutions.
• Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the shop floor. Qualification
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical manufacturing preferred.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered. Skills Required
• Basic knowledge of electrical panels and capacitor systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Production planning and coordination.
• Team handling.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills.
