- This role will see you focusing on secured fund-raising across a broad product, counterparty and structural mix
- We’ll look to you to support senior structurers in developing and maintaining client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunities
- You'll be perfectly positioned to develop your skill set, and you'll be offered the chance to significantly progress your career What you'll do In this role, you’ll analyse and review potential transactions and identify structural risks. You’ll also take all reasonable steps to ensure structuring activities are in line with our policies covering conduct, operational, credit, and regulatory risks. In addition, you’ll:
- Manage the internal approval processes and liaise with third parties to ensure smooth execution of liability-side transactions
- Support senior structures by project managing transactions, managing them through to completion with effective management of internal and external stakeholders
- Support the ownership of the NWM Secured Note programme including programme updates and secured note execution
- Complete operational tasks where required, for example, pipeline and account set up The skills you'll need
- The ability to quantitatively evaluate transactions and dissect documentation to identify and explain structural risks
- Knowledge of core banking regulations or accounting principles
