The Opportunity Real estate finance paralegal with experience supporting commercial real financing transactions, including:
- Managing legal and diligence checklists;
- Reviewing third party reports;
- Negotiating title and survey;
- Coordinating signature pages;
- Preparing closing binders;
- Drafting secondary market conveyance documents. salary range 115k
