Procurement Process Excellence Intern

The Procurement Governance & Process Excellence Intern will support global Procurement initiatives focused on process excellence, governance, communication, and continuous improvement. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with a global Procurement organization while owning meaningful projects and coordinating activities across teams and regions. We offer: The Intern will support the Procurement Governance & Process Excellence Team with defined projects and ongoing activities, including: ● Coordinate language translations for the KION Procurement Policy (KPP) ● Update and maintain Procurement content on MyKSI intranet pages ● Coordinate Procurement Awareness Sessions, including scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up activities ● Support process excellence, governance, continuous improvement, and other team initiatives as assigned ● Collaborate with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and priorities. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are preferred. The candidate should be tech-savvy and interested in learning how technology and data can be used to improve business processes. Experience with, or an interest in developing skills in, process mapping, process/data mining, analytics, automation, or related digital tools is a plus. Tasks and Qualifications: What We Offer:
