Our partner is looking for a Principal Talent Acquisition Manager (Go-to-Market Recruiting) based in United States. This senior talent acquisition role will lead and evolve a high-performing recruiting function focused on go-to-market teams. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders to shape hiring strategies and identify exceptional talent aligned with business growth. Beyond recruiting individual roles, you will build scalable systems, sourcing engines, processes, and analytics that improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability. The role combines strategic workforce partnership with hands-on recruiting leadership in a competitive talent market. You’ll use data, technology, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to continuously improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.
