Summary Reporting to the President of our RPMX division, the Claims Adjuster will be primarily responsible for investigating and handling complex commercial liability and professional liability claims. If you are interested in playing an active role in transforming the commercial insurance sector within a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our subsidiary RPMX , which specializes in claims management and adjustment services. Revau is experiencing strong organic growth and continues to expand, reaffirming our commitment to revolutionizing the commercial insurance industry. We believe there is a more efficient way to access business insurance by eliminating inefficiencies, valuing expertise, and empowering brokers to grow their business. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, investigate, and manage the resolution of claims files in accordance with policy terms and conditions
- Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, partners, and insureds throughout the claims process
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues to deepen expertise in both underwriting and claims management
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars relevant to business needs
- Complete all required continuing education credits (CE credits) Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Claims Adjuster
- Hold a Commercial Claims Adjuster license
- Experience working with Lloyd's (required)
- Bilingual (English/French), as the majority of claims involve Lloyd's
- Knowledge of VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint, and Guidewire systems (strong asset)
- Knowledge of Lloyd's policy wordings and contracts (strong asset)
- Strong organizational skills
