Description Location: Joliet, IL (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time ***MUST SPEAK SPANISH*** We are seeking an AI Inventory Support Specialist to develop, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions that improve inventory operations and business processes. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who is passionate about AI automation, full-stack development, and rapidly deploying production-ready solutions. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have real-world experience building and deploying AI applications and automations. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools that improve inventory and operational workflows.
- Develop AI automations, agents, and integrations using modern AI platforms.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify manual processes and replace them with AI-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications that integrate AI models into business operations.
- Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools and capabilities. Requirements Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying AI automation solutions (no entry-level candidates).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Full-stack development experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Claude, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot , and other leading AI development tools.
- Experience deploying AI applications into production environments.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Joliet, IL area. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents, AI workflows, and automation pipelines.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks, APIs, and cloud deployment.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate software development.
