Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Ridley Park, PA Full-Time | $25–$38/hr CarePath Injury Centers is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Ridley Park, PA clinic . This is a full-time, W2 position with guaranteed hours , a consistent weekday schedule , and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Job Overview As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries . • Hourly Pay: $25–$38 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, No weekends

• Healthcare Allowance Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress
• Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards
• Assist in daily office operations including scheduling patients in the EHR, handling paperwork, phone calls, etc. Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred
